Orders that select the shipping option will be delivered by Australia Post. At present, we only deliver to Australian addresses. Please contact us if you outside Australia as we may be able to ship to you.
At present, there are two order delivery/pick-up options:
- Posted/shipped orders have a flat fee delivery cost of $11.00 inc. GST.
- You may choose to pick up your products from our Noosa Heads gym free of charge. Orders that select this option must be collected within two weeks of the order date. After two weeks, a $5 per week holding charge may be incurred and must be paid before orders will be released.
If you choose to pick your order, you can do so at any class time. Ideally, just before or after class.
To be eligible for a product replacement, your item must be faulty or in error on our part. Will will replace a faulty product, however, all sales are final and non-refundable.
As per our terms and conditions:
- Goods must be in their original condition;
- Securely wrapped;
- At your risk and cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, your order number or proof of purchase. Receipts are especially important for offline sales.
Replacement (if applicable)
Replacements may only become available if a product is faulty.
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your replacement request.
If you are approved, then a replacement product will be sent out to you.
If your request is not approved, return postage costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective upon delivery. Items are replaced by like-for-like items, not exchanged for other products.
